Here are a set of rules to follow:
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of cold/flu please call us to reschedule your appointment.
- Please wear a mask.
- Patients are advised not to arrive early.
- We recommend that patients attend alone or only bring minimal additional accompanying persons.
- We kindly ask parents to please wait in the car.
- Stay 1.5m away from others.
- If the waiting room is full please queue on the markings outside the front door.
- Upon arrival use the alcohol-based hand sanitiser in the lobby and rub your hands for 20 seconds.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Wash your hands well after using the bathroom.
- Seating will be adjusted to ensure social distancing between seats.
- Prior to commencing treatment we will ask all patients to undertake a 20-30 second pre-procedural mouthrinse with Listerine Zero (alcohol free).
- Leave immediately after your appointment. Our reception staff will then call you to schedule a follow up.
