1. Please continue to wear your Twin Blocks as instructed.
2. Continue to brush your teeth well with toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. For your plates, clean them with a soft toothbrush and mouthwash or liquid soap.
3. If your Twin Blocks are loose, squeeze the metal clips inwards towards the plastic base. This will tighten them up so they don't fall out when worn.
4. Sometimes the metal clips can break off. If this happens still keep wearing your plates. Dr. Devan likens metal clips to training wheels on a bike -just like how once you know how to ride your bike you don't need training wheels, once you know how to keep your plates in you don't really need the metal clips. A lot of the time muscle control from the cheeks, lips, and tongue keeps your plates in!
